24/7 Real Time Game Monitoring and Reporting

ELITE has emergency protocols in-place to address critical game issues as they happen. This involves real-time updating of any critical server status to the client. Our reporting system includes detailed email reporting, as well as, various means of communication channels to our client’s appropriate teams and personals.
