Elite Global is currently seeking HIGHLY ENERGENTIC and RELIABLE individual for the following position for its office in Ortigas Center Pasig City, Metro Manila.

POSITION: Company Nurse (First Aider)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
• Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
• Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
• Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
• Communicate with management on a regular basis.
• Attend seminar workshops on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family planning and Stress Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing equivalent.
• Must pass a medical screening and must be in good health.
• Must have valid, current PRC license as a physician from the Philippines.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules including night shift.
• Company nurse experience in a BPO/Call Center setting is a plus.
• A warm and caring disposition.
