Elite Global is currently seeking HIGHLY ENERGENTIC and RELIABLE individual for the following position for its office in Ortigas Center Pasig City, Metro Manila.
POSITION: Assistant Product Manager (Bilingual in Korean & English Language)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and production of online game titles.
2. Liaise with internal departments and external developers to improve services and products.
3. Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
4. Required Language: Bilingual in both Korean Language (Proficient in Business Korean) & English (Fluent in writing & speaking both languages)
5. Act as liason between ELITE Global Sourcing and it's Client
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess a College Degree in a reputable University or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Marketing, or in the PC online game industry, particularly in product management, is recommended but not required.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to establish cross-functional teamwork.
6. Familiarity with PC and Mobile online gaming.
7. Requires strong attention to detail & follow through on User issues.
8. Experience in customer support/service (mail and chat support) is a plus but not required.
9. Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
