POSITION: Search Engine Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform best practice SEO activities for Elite Global Sourcing.
2. Perform key audits and produce reports about site performance, or sections of the site, and making recommendations about how to increase referral traffic from search.
3. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
4. Performs Lead generation activities through social media platforms, email and other communication channels.
5. Conduct keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
6. Develop and implement link building strategies.
7. Serve as technical subject matter expert for Marketing and Executive team.
8. Work closely with content generators to drive SEO during content creation and programming.
9. Work closely with Elite Global Sourcing teams and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of one (1) year proven SEO and SEM experience. Previous hands on management of campaigns in multiple platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Bing are a plus.
2. Experience with Bid Management and Web Analytic Tools.
3. Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS development and constraints is a plus.
4. Excellent oral and written English communication skills required.
5. Mastery of MS Office and Outlook.
6. Excellent data collection and reporting.
7. Possesses positive attitude, excellent communication skills and mentorship mentality with the ability to present and explain complex subjects to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Eagerness to work in a dynamic gaming and services environment.
